Neil Flynn
NEIL FLYNN, CPA joined SUS in July 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Flynn manages the Finance, Facilities, Purchasing, and Technology departments at SUS. Prior to joining SUS, Mr. Flynn served as the Chief Financial Officer for Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth, where he was responsible for a $60 million budget and a staff of 18. Mr. Flynn managed the overall financial function in accordance with all regulatory requirements and also implemented major improvements to various agency initiatives: single statewide payment system, budget development process, fiscal monitoring and outstanding accounts receivable. Previous to this position, Mr. Flynn spent seven years as a Senior Manager for KPMG, where he was responsible for leading teams on major systems implementation and financial assignments for clients. He also spent five years at KPMG as an Audit Manager, where his consulting projects included large non-profit and federal agencies. Mr. Flynn has 20 years of experience in finance and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Siena College.
