Services

SUS provides a range of residential, rehabilitative and vocational programs for individuals diagnosed with a mental illness. SUS has developed a reputation of serving individuals with multiple needs, striving to provide services in their communities of origin with their natural support networks integrated into the service delivery process.

Our consumers are referred from homeless shelters, shelter-based mental health programs, hospitals, clinics, day programs and programs serving people involved in the criminal justice system. Many of the consumers in our residential programs have a co-occuring substance abuse disorder. All of our programs embrace a harm reduction philosophy, where relapse is viewed as an element of the recovery process.

Our comprehensive services for individuals with mental illness support their journey of recovery.  These services include:

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
