The successful candidate should have at least one year work experience in this specific or similar field.  S/he will engage people with mental illnesses and assist them in meeting the demands of community-living and housing.  S/he will teach consumers the necessary skills and link them to services that will support their recovery.  In addition, s/he will accompany consumers to outside appointments, distribute and handle medication and conduct/attend one-to-one meetings with consumers.

  • High School diploma or some college is preferred.
  • Valid New York State Driver's License.
  • Fluency in English/bilingual is a plus – any language.

Pay for entry level position is $23,000. High School diploma or some college is preferred.

Note, we also have per diem position on an “As Needed” basis paying $7.50 an hour.  The successful candidate must have meet the above requested qualifications.
